My first two years of photography I was so blessed to capture over 20 weddings and too many family sessions to count! There is a wildly captivating image and connection between how a groom sees his bride, and how God sees us. The groom standing at the altar, sure and settled, fixated and focused,  ready and rejoicing. All preparations made. His decision is sure, he knows everything he is coming into and still chooses to stand there... and wait. Waiting on the bride to simply come. He has done everything necessary for her to enter into the covenant; and she must simply come. Whew, HIS love is infinitely better than this picture!
